Abstract: This study investigated differences between stress and learning processes scale scores for 144 male students who perceived their overall stress level as mild, moderate and severe. The Student-life Stress Inventory and the Inventory of Learning Processes were administrated to the students. Data showed male students who perceived their overall stress as mild had significantly lower scores on stressors, reactions to stressors, and overall stress, and higher scores on deep processing information, and retaining facts and details than did male students who perceived their stress as moderate and severe, respectively. Suggestions were made to conduct other studies with larger number of participants and include data on their college classifications and age.
