IDR Back Volumes Project

The Back Volumes Project was an initiative to reconstruct missing issues of Individual Differences Research created when journal publication was paused from 2015–2024. These reconstructed archival issues preserved the continuity of the scholarly record while also providing a platform for new research.

Contents of each of the Back Volumes include three elements:

  1. A focusing editorial that describes the theme of the volume;
  2. 2-3 curated Archival Featured Articles*;
  3. Previously unpublished new contributions.

*Archival Featured Articles are reprints of articles originally published in Psychology Journal (ISSN: 1931-5694), Counseling and Clinical Psychology Journal (ISSN: 1931-2091), and Journal of Worry and Affective Experience (ISSN: 1546-0924), originally published by our predecessor organizations: Psychological Publishing and Individual Differences Research Group.
