IDR charges Article Processing Charges (APCs) to support editorial and production operations.

APCs are billed only after acceptance. There are no fees for submission, review, or editorial screening.

• Current APC: $55 USD for each 500 word block or portion thereof. Word count includes title, abstract, keywords, author information, main text, references, acknowledgments, appendices, tables, and figures. Submissions for the 2025 volume received by November 30, 2025 will receive our early-bird special of half price APC's. 
• Processing and publication will proceed only once payment has been received.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Withdrawal before the final PDF proof is sent is eligible for a refund of no more than 50% of APC.
• Withdrawal after PDF proof is sent: no refund.
• Retraction after publication: no refund.

By submitting a manuscript, authors acknowledge and accept the journal’s policies. The journal undertakes editorial, technical, and administrative work promptly, which incurs costs that must be covered regardless of withdrawal.
